Having led PMOs, project controls organizations, and executive delivery functions inside global engineering firms, utilities, and clean-energy companies, the founders recognized a recurring need:

Bojan Popovic, M.A.Sc., P.Eng.
President and Founder
Bojan brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex capital programs across energy, nuclear, chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. He has established and scaled PMOs, project controls shared services, and digital delivery platforms supporting thousands of engineering and construction professionals across North America.
His expertise spans project governance, schedule-cost-risk integration, digital PMO systems, and executive decision support. Bojan is known for aligning technical rigor with business strategy, enabling leaders to make informed decisions across large, multi-stakeholder portfolios.
Saba Eftekhari
Principal and Co-founder
Saba is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience delivering EPC and EPCm projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, including first-of-a-kind energy storage and resiliency programs. She has led portfolios exceeding $1B and held senior roles overseeing project execution, operations, and enterprise PMO transformation.
Her strengths lie in operational leadership, financial governance, digital enablement, and organizational transformation—ensuring delivery discipline translates into measurable business outcomes.
Andrea Ruotolo, Ph.D.
Chief AI Growth Officer
Andrea brings 20 years of global experience guiding the integration of digital technologies—including automation, advanced analytics, and AI—into regulated, safety-critical infrastructure across energy, utilities, and industrial systems. She designs and scales technology-enabled operating models that turn complex digital capabilities into measurable business outcomes, enhancing operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Her expertise spans AI governance, digital operating models, and enterprise-scale execution across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
